Food Assistance

Food Assistance Programs

The North American Indian Center of Boston works with several organizations to make food more accessible. For support in applying for assistance programs and accessing food pantries, meal centers, etc., please contact Ella Blackowl at 617-277-2804 or email her at eblackowl@naicob.org.

CSA Shares

NAICOB has partnered with Movement Ground Farm for the 2022 CSA farm share season! Through this partnership, NAICOB Members and local residents will receive fresh produce each week between June 6th and the week of September 23rd.
Registration for the 2022 summer produce CSA shares has closed. Please visit Movement Ground Farm's website for additional CSA memberships, including meat and egg shares, and shares for further seasons: https://movement-ground-farm.square.site

​Community Garden & Cooking Classes

With the help of NAICOB members, The Food Project, and volunteers, NAICOB now offers a Community Garden Program! Want to growing with us? Contact Reggi Alkiewicz at ralkiewicz@naicob.org or call 617-232-0343 to join the garden program and to learn more about cooking classes at the center during the fall.
