Dear Community Members:
Effective March 1, 2010, the North American Indian Center of Boston will begin scaling back operations. For the time being, we will continue to provide Behavioral Health Case Management and Employment and Training services for the Native American community of the Greater Boston area. The Native American Community Head Start will also continue operations until further notice
We regret to inform you that we will no longer operate the Community Health Program or the Tecumseh House Drop-In Center. We understand the hardship that this will cause for the community, but hope to be here to help with any needs that you may have. In the interim please feel free to contact Cecelia Vaughn at ext.13 or Michael Brooks at ext. 26 regarding alternative providers. Any other questions may be referred to myself or Janice Falcone.
The NAICOB will hold an emergency Community Meeting on Saturday, March 13th, 2010 from 6:00 pm -9:00 pm to answer any questions you may have.
The Community Meeting is Potluck. Anything you can bring will be appreciated.
